About

Michael has been a full-time neutral since 2008. He serves on many panels including: American Arbitration Association, Alternative Resolution Centers, and as an Administrative Law Judge Pro Tem for California’s Office of Administrative Hearings. Michael has over 30 years of broad-based legal experience along with high-level business experience. He has held executive level positions at Wal-Mart and Safeway (where he also had P & L responsibility during a stint as VP – Manufacturing). Most recently, Michael founded and served as CEO of Choctál LLC, a company selling single-origin, super-premium chocolate and vanilla ice cream through retail grocers across the United States. Michael is a cum laude graduate of Yale and the University of Michigan Law School.
